FACILITIES LIST
We are fully equipped machine shop/job shop with several CNC mills and CNC Lathes. We also have a variety of manual mills, lathes, bridgeports. Our shop also includes a surface grinder, vertical band saw, and horizontal production band saw. On site we have an equipped fabrication department where we offer mig and tig welding, silver solder and brasing.
INSPECTION
Inspection is a very critical step in the manufacturing process, and we take every step necessary to make sure that your parts are done right the first time. Our process includes first article inspection, random part inspections and final part inspections prior to packaging. We use a variety of inspection tools including but no limited to: gage blocks, gage pins, micrometers, thread gages, depth mics and our Macro Dynasope. Inspection reports and material certifications will be provided when on quotation request.
ASSEMBLY
We are capable of handling all types of assemblies from pre-assembly (bolt, washer, nut) to fully complex working units.
